Westerni Coalfields Ltd. (MCL); a Coal India Ltd. subsidiary, has offered to sell 4.1 million tonnes of coal through special forward e-Auction for power producers, excluding Captive Power Plant(CPP), for the period August 2020 & September 2020. Where 23.30 Lakh Tonnes by Road mode and 17.7 lakhs Tonnes Rail Mode will be transported. The e-Auction shall be conducted by M/s. MSTC limited on July 30, 2020.

The auction shall be conducted on the floor price; i.e. reserve price for each source/lot. Sizing Charges shall be charged extra as applicable as per notification/applicable. All statutory and non-statutory charges as applicable on the day of lifting will be charged.
